1 bar of dark cooking chocolate
150 grams of vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup of caster sugar
Melt the chocolate and add to the cheese.
Whisk together for a few minutes to get the air in.
Add the sugar and whisk for a few more minutes. I do this by hand, so I suppose if you used an electronic mixer you would only need to whisk for a minute or so.
Pour mixture into glasses and cover with foil.
Allow to set in fridge for 2 hours before eating. Stick a strawberry in if you want.
