Ginger and Apple Muffins–Gluten Free & Vegan

Here is a gorgeous video filmed in HD to entice your palate. When things get hectic I always start baking muffins. I find it therapeutic. I have been focusing on filming rather than picture taking, so I hope you find the following video interesting and helpful. It gives the full recipe on there.
