I had a lot of fun yesterday slow cooking this chili. It’s been a while since I made any, and this turned out great! Not too spicy, but just enough heat for me. Eating a bowl of this the day after cooking it makes it taste 10 x more delicious, since all of the flavors have had time to sit and absorb. Along with my chili I always make cornbread.
