I get a lot of emails about my food videos asking how I make them. I do them pretty much the same way I take the pictures, only my camera is filming. I like to film in daylight whenever possible, and a tripod is a must because everything is done manually. I use a good Nikkor macro lens. It does take a lot longer to blog about a recipe I filmed because of the editing time, which is why I don’t do videos for every recipe. But I have a lot of fun creating the videos and sharing them with you to view because it of course gives you a much better idea of what the recipe will turn into after it’s finished.
