The Hidden Recipes of Cooking With Dia
How to make your own oat milk...


1 cup cooked natural oats
4-5 cups hot water
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon unrefined caster sugar
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
 1 teaspoon of salt



Basically all you need to do is take all of the ingredients and bong
them in a blender. Blend well until it is liquefied.

Take a jug and over the jug place a sieve. Sieve the blended liquid
into the jug overnight. Put in refrigerator in the morning

A lot of my recipes on Cooking With Dia call for oat milk. Here in
Europe we have oat milk sold in stores by the name brand of Oatly. I
couldn't live without the stuff because I prefer soy free products.

If Oatly isn't available in your country, feel free to use the above
recipe. It works really well in vegan ice creams.
